What's Happening?

I did that last year. I was being treated so badly at work that I had a mini breakdown. Had to scrape around for a while and it wasn't easy, but I'm now with a new firm and much much happier.

 

Well I would need to cash it in to live on for a while. I know this is not a wise decision lol

My rate of return is 15% right now so super unwise decision

Guess I'll keep miserably plugging away until I find something else

OK, so just finished a bottle of tequila I bought last night, my third since Friday.... up to half a 750mil bottle a night....
maybe I'm going waaaayyyy overboard, no maybe's about it, I am drinking waaaayyy too much. (a year ago I despised alcohol)
Wonder if divorce will help, wife hasn't actually stayed but a few days for the last two months and told her last week that I was going to file for a divorce as soon as I could.

sucks realizing a 25 year + relationship is in it's death throws, but it has become toxic with her doing outrageous stuff and concocting her version of reality, poor women needs professional help and I'm all spent in the emotional "give a shit" department, and I have no delusions concerning my part in it's falling apart,.....just worried about my youngest........

and so I buy bottle after bottle, time to kick myself in the ass and stop this self indulgent stupidity before I damage other people in my life.
my "pain relief" isn't worth causing pain to those I love.....

It's going to be a very long, sad weekend around here.

We had planned to go see the triplets play a softball tournament tomorrow; and then, to watch my grandson play a baseball tournament on Sunday.

No money for gate fees and gas for the car.

Gate fees for both tournaments would be about $24 and that's all the cash we have between us.

I don't know...we will see...I'm sure we will have a couple of fights over it, though.

working my ass off, owner is very happy with my work ethic and approach to the business and it costs a company ~$200 to have a drug screen done, simply not in the budget or worth it
AND it will be 100% legal in Cali. in a few months so almost a non-issue in a privately owned business.
ain't been smoking cause I can't afford it and need to save to get a car.
walking is doable, have done it a few times, 3.5 miles and takes about an hour, but when temps are near 100 degrees, not a wise option.

 

Is some grams of weed so much more expensive than a couple of bottles of tequila? Moderation and overall health considered it might just be worth it going for that bowl a night instead of half a bottle of booze.. which you dislike in the end anyway

 

I gave hubby the number to call Social Security and asked them why he hasn't been paid.

He has to take his phone outside to get a signal. The big, noisy machines are working in front of the house.

I could suggest he go sit in the car at the store...

I know the call will have a wait time of probably an hour.

He won't do that I don't think.
