    I wanted to share this with you since you said your payment date had never changed from the 3rd.

    Finally, after another hour on the phone, Social Security has answered the question about hubby's check. The new payment schedule only applies to new recipients. hubby's payment date started on the 3rd on the month in 2011 and can never change. All the payments we've gotten prior to the 3rd, for the whole last year, were early because our bank, Walmart's Green Dot Bank, knew the payment was coming and posted it early.
