What's Happening?

Fasting again, just for a couple of days this time.


I've been eating for the past few days, and honestly...I don't feel very well.

When I'm done with this fast, I'll go back to eating one meal a day.
That works for me.

 

I've been craving ham hocks with white beans and cornbread. One of my favorite Fall/Winter meals.

Buy a zoomba robot cleaner lol they just drive around themselves and clean until they run out of power. Not good for dog hair though, ours broke after 3 days.

If I don't want a drink I don't have one. To me it's all made up fluff created by office folks so they can get up a few more times from their hard jobs to go flabber their mouths to the next person.

I think I might have figured out why the pain is flaring so badly.

Before my tooth extractions, the dentist put me on a big course of antibiotics.

Antibiotics cause yeast, which in turn causes "leaky gut syndrome".

Leaky gut syndrome causes headaches, and fibromyalgia flares, to name a few symptoms.

I've got the cure - the fermented vegetables I put up.

I think I'll go buy some turmeric powder to help with the inflammation until I get my gut back right.
