    Well, I never!

    Microbiome
There's a whole field of study called microbial ecology that looks at the various communities of bacteria that live in the human body. Yeah, that's right, communities -- plural.
In your mouth alone there are separate communities of bacteria on your tongue, on the surface of your teeth and below your gum line. Together, these communities make up what is known as your microbiome.
Don't worry, it's all perfectly normal. But your body's immune response to these communities affects, among other things, your risk of developing tooth decay.http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/03/health/tooth-decay-causes/

OMG! Thank you, Aeri...that actually makes sense. MUCH MORE sense that telling me all the germs and bacteria that would cause me such (severe) dental problems have been in my mouth since before I even had permanent teeth. lol

Since I really have a very good immune system otherwise, I guess that is where my immune system has broken down.

    :)

Read the whole article. It's short.

It says you get the thickness of your tooth enamel from your parents...your sweet tooth...and I forget what else.

    Excellent article, Aeri!

NOT that is helps my dang teeth problem...but I understand now.

For some reason, I've always thought understanding something meant SO much.

Now I understand how very LITTLE that means, especially if it changes nothing nor gives any way to change things.

I WANT THAT ROLLING EYE EMOJI.

edit: I am glad I read it though. :)

Okay, that was supposed to read something about falling asleep, sitting at my desk, waking up still holding a half-eaten stalk of celery and peanut butter.

Aerianne does weird stuff when she falls asleep at the desk.

Last time I woke myself eating tobacco out of the bag instead of the cereal out of the bag.

However, I was not asleep when I put vape juice in my eye instead of antibiotic drops.

    Senility is funny.

cleaning out the boiler room for the first time in years, came across some old papers that are well past any useful date. then came across a $20 target gift card. it was dated 2006 so surely it has expired but with no expiration date i decide to go to the website and check....the card is so old it didnt even have a website address to go to check, so i go to targets site click gift cards put in the number and it still has the full $20 on it.
small win but hey i will take it when its randomly given to me from who knows where.

    Did you eat?

    Are you hydrated?

Do you need to take sinus pills for clogged up ears?

I cooked that big turkey yesterday, and was sampling some of it, after I took it out of the oven......maybe I sampled too much, as i had not eaten anything all day...but I got very sick right away, and was sick all night...and am just coming out of it now....It was not food poisoning. I did not vomit or get diarrhea...Turkey just does not agree with me. I won't be eating any anymore, and will just cook a small one for my brother on thanksgivng. I will eat the other things.
I shredded it all in a a huge roasting thing with rice, spinach, 2 mashed sweet potatoes and mixed it all up.....I cooked that an hour more in the oven today to make sure it wasn't anything bad with the turkey....and boiled all of the bones to get all of the meat off of them.
Moxy had her turkey morning breakfast and is showing more energy than ever, so I know it wasn't anything wrong with the turkey that made me sick.

I did more research about canines diet and what to feed dogs......their diets should be 70 percent meat......as that is what their biology needs......and 30 percent your vegetables or filler rice`, etc.....
The only thing I hate about having dogs is having to bring meat in here all of the time....if it was not for these animals, I would never bring meat in here again. I am starting to detest all of it. I do like seafood, though.....

i was wondering....when I did eat meat, it was always the sauces....A-1 sauce, hot sauce for chicken wings...barbecue sauce, etc......and if it were not for the sauces, i don't think I would have ever eaten meat.......

i also slammed my left ring finger in the car yesterday and the nail split all the way down in the middle of the nail cuticle straight across...that hurt like a SOB and it bled......now, I have to wait for the nail to grow to even deal with it...fun, being careful that it does not caught on things and rip. I may lose that nail altogether....

I have not been having much fun lately.....

I found a mother load of blackberry bushes a little earlier today, and picked as many as I could while eating some....as i did not know I would find that today and had nothing to put them in...Maybe that is why i started feeling better...they were so warm from the sun and huge. I had to leave some there. I might go back for more in a bit here, as they are so ripe right now.
