Phew...what a day

 

I did okay until a big, fast headache hit.

I drank some coffee and took some Tylenol hoping to kill it.

 

I'm doing the most southern thing i've ever done. I'm frying up some chicken skin. Just the skin

I had the skin left over from some chicken I used for soup, couldnt let it go to waste!

 

Mmmm...sounds good. Be sure to wash it down with a glass of BBQ sauce.

 

I have a Whirlpool washing machine and dryer I bought in 2000, and I only had a repairman come once for a minor repair. It's 18 years old and still going strong. Whirlpool...top loader.

 

Yeah, definitely going to get a top loader.

We're going to look at the used/refurbished machines at the local shop, first.

 

That's a good move. The repairman was actually shocked but happy to know I've had mine that long. He said those new frontloader models come with a multitude of issues and have had a hard time making it past 5 years.

 

Ive a ringer washer probably older than I am..

 

Have you ever had turkey skins? We have a Fried Turkey Sandwich shop here that serve turkey skins on the side, and they are really good!

 

The newer machines aren't anything like the older ones... Other than the white box.

They're OK in flavor. I always preferred playing with those ones for some reason.

I don't play with them I hide them in food.
Like my favorite mince mixed rice, hide them in there. It's the best

!!!AUSTIN IS FOUND!!! Lauren is so happy and excited and overwhelmed with emotion and wanted me to post for her! She is en route to pick Austin up as we speak. An elderly woman that lives near the old Turner Field said he sat at her back door for 2 days, so she finally let him in Tuesday. She said he was very well kept and clean and she knew someone must have lost him. She said she asked around and no one claimed him. Lauren said she was told by the woman that she only watches Fox 5 news and they aired Lauren’s story today at 5, and she saw it!! Austin has been taken care of all week and we are so thankful for the sweet woman that kept him safe!
