A teacher at my granddaughter's high school was arrested yesterday. He had just graduated the same high school in 2012.

 

LORD HAVE MERCY!!!!

That is damn awful and sickening. What the hell is it with so many of these teachers that simply cannot stay sexually away from the kids they teach!

 

Hilarious. Took me a sec.

 

As much as we admire and revere teachers a small percentage enter the field in order
to put themselves in a position in which they can prey on unsuspecting children

 

There's something more to the story, possibly. This morning the police posted saying that they were investigating a child pornography video that was circulating. One of the city's residents told me she thinks these two things are related; and that there is another teacher who hasn't reported in since this began. The resident mentioned pedophile ring to me.

 

I havent showered in four days.

 

If you want to have sex again, you're probably going to have to shower before that happens.

 

I saw this same thing happen to one of my teachers when I was in the 7th or 8th grade. Older guy, in his 60s perhaps, and committed suicide over the allegations.

Today is the 40th anniversary of the Great Blizzard of 1978.

Every TV station locally will produce a special on the Storm of the Century.

Wish I could remember the Blizzard because I was right in the thick of it with an estimated snowfall of 40 inches, 100 mph winds, 8 foot drifts,
on/off power, but I was 3 years old

 

One of the saddest stories was from Uxbridge, MA where a little boy went missing for 3 days. He was found just steps from his front door, buried in feet of snow.

It snowed for an amazing 36 hours! Providence received nearly 3 feet of snow, while an unofficial report from Lincoln RI measured nearly 5 feet!

 

I remember it well. I was 10, and having some great snow days at home

 

After the blizzard of '66 in upstate NY... "78 was just a squall.
