Holy pooh!

Not just IT. Firesale going on in Cleveland. I guess that saga is all over.

Dwayne Wade, IT, Derrick Rose, Jae Crowder...all traded. And LeBron will leave this summer. I feel bad for Cavs fans.

Trade deadline day is always so nerve racking...

 

The outfit fits and looks fantastic. Pants are mega too big almost 3x my size but I'll stitch them in. The shirt is better than I thought, reminds me of archery shirt with slight padding in the sleeves and my vest has some nice weight to it and looks great.

A week with actual wintry weather here! Not too harsh, but some frost and ice at last.
Forecast promised some snow as well. Probably 1 mm, while parts in the Alps had so much they can't even ski (not fair obviously)

 

Ugh.

In our county a little while ago, 3 officers were shot while serving a warrant. Two had to be life-flighted and one left in an ambulance. Warrant Service isn't supposed to be that dangerous!

 

One of the above mentioned officers died. He was shot in the head. He was a 26 year old, local guy. He left behind a special needs stepson and a wife who is due to give birth to their child any day now.

The suspect is dead. He shot 3 officers because he didn't want to go in on a bench warrant for a traffic ticket.






We're expected to get 5 - 7 inches of rain tomorrow.
I have to move my storage boxes out from under the leaking areas in the laundry room ceiling. I have a feeling that the sheet rock might come down soon.

 

Recovering from last night epic concert I attended (John 5)....I'm ok ...just getting older has you feeling the effects more...I just been relaxing and catching up on my CW Shows

Aeri, it seems like your geographical area has been beset with misfortune lately. That is very sad about the 26 year old officer. I feel for his wife--raising with a child with special needs is the work of two parents, and never mind with an infant. To go from being a stable partnership to widowed and about to give birth is unimaginably difficult.

 

This morning, I've spent a couple of hours on facebook, immersed in the grief of my community over the officer shootings yesterday.

Time to shake that off and switch gears back to what I need to be doing today.
