So my grandson is spending a 3 day weekend with his other grandmother.

My son's family went to eat and we stayed home.

I just saw a pic from the restaurant where my grandson and his grandmother ran into my son and his family.

We're going to honor the murdered police officer tomorrow morning when his funeral procession drives through town.

Hubby and I will stand in front of the schools just before the procession turns into the church for the funeral.

He was killed last Friday and his wife gave birth to their new son this past Tuesday.

 

^ Though I marked "liked" to Aerianne's post, I'm saddened for the policeman's family and heartfelt for such a trajic life ending of a good man. I "like" what the community is doing, which is coming together and laying him to rest in an honorable fashion.

 

Lots of posts these days on here! I can't keep up even when I try and come on more often! lol

I haven't been very active. Is there a thread for winter scenes this year or yet?? Perhaps I'll make a photography thread. It's kinda been another hobby of mine, on and off, still learning. I'll just leave this one (ones-I like playing with black&white ) Hope you enjoy!
