I found a large Mole Salamander in the meditation garden this morning... Unfortunately I found it with a shovel. Dammit!

Still alive, badly damaged tail. Salamanders can re-grow a tail but I'm not sure if this one will be able to. I hit it really close to it's back feet, tail almost completely severed. After I laid it on some grass it did start to crawl away after about 5 minutes, it lost very little blood and had no other damage so it may recover. I donno.... I picked it up and set it so it would crawl into a safe place under the meditation bench where there's some damp leaves and earth.

    Humans are such klutzes

Polly is crying for what looks like no reason. I hear it's just vocalizing but I call it being annoying

    That's good.

My cats talk to faeries. I can't see them but the cats can.

Friday night, I dreamed about a guy that was my boyfriend during my early teen years. I dreamed he was getting his long hair cut off.

Saturday, I did a search for him and found a video of him on stage playing acoustic guitar. The woman he was accompanying cut his hair off! They said it was the 16th time he'd be donating to Locks of Love. The video was made in late July, this year.

I dreamed about him Saturday night also, and I woke myself up talking to him.

Today, I dropped the female performer a note on the video. I told her it was a shout out to the guy and that we'd gone to church together when we were teenagers.

I started to not do that but the more I thought about the dream and the video being the same, I felt like it meant something even though I haven't seen him or talked to him since I was 19 years old.

I have seen one salamander in my life. It was in 2007 or 2008 or so and it had been raining for what seemed like forever. I was downstairs with Jack and the door was open. Suddenly Jack was barking his head off...I go and look and lo and behold it had walked on up inside. Jack was NOT happy. I was shocked but swept him out gently with a broom.

I remember it just looking at me, and me thinking what an odd and sweet looking little creature with his wet skin and little legs...as Jack was sort of losing his doggy mind. He wasn't as little as I thought a salamander would be.

I've been having very vivid dreams...very strange vivid dreams. I also woke myself up this morning with dream talk.

    I have a headache.

I'm not taking Excedrin. I'm allergic to Aspirin.

I've finally quit crying hard, after 3 hours.

Maybe it was the Bach's Rescue Remedy.
