It's going to be chilly and windy. In fact, my son called from the ball park and asked me to bring him some long pants. He wore shorts this morning, lol

 

Oh man, that reminds me of the drama i went through to get my daughter to stop wearing shorts to school during the winter time, LOL!

 

transferring all my files off my dell desktop computer (Windows XP still), to a CD. Cant believe i had this since 2005 and never upgraded the software. hell, if it still worked, i didn't give a shit.

 

What positions do the triplets play, Ari? I love softball and in fact was a fast pitch pitcher. It's such a faster game than baseball. Our team here at the Uof O is very good this year and are ranked in the top 5.

When I lived in Hawaii, I read about a team from Japan that was coming to play some Hawaiian teams. When I showed up at the designated field, the Hawaiians were huge and the Japanese girls were little tiny girls. I thought it was a mismatch for sure. The little Japanese girl that pitched could whip the hell of of it --I mean FAST. The little ones beat the big ones! Back in the 50s, there was a team called The Queen and her Court. They toured and played mens teams in different towns. AS I recall, the Q& C only played either 3 or 4 women and the pitcher would sometimes pitch from second base!! They were fantastic--imagine striking out grown men when pitching from second!

 

Do not--I repeat, do not--drink if you're in ketosis. Found this out the hard way last night. I'm still drunk from the three drinks I had last night--the last of which I had 15 hours ago.

I feel horrible and completely out of control of my own body. It's a different kind of drunk and not one I am comfortable with.

Multivitamin and some Gatorade. That was my hangover remedy when I was young and wild.

 

I know a thing or two about hangovers.. Asperin and gatorade before you sleep. Toast in the morning after a warm shower and more pain pills.

Or if it's too bad, hit your missus up for oral sex and see if the chems produced actually numb the pain. I'm generally the horniest I am after a night on the terps. I think it's the sugar. and I'm always so wet and tasty. So get down there and cure my ill head!

 

The triplets play Catcher, 2nd, and 1st; but they all swap for outfield, and bench sometimes. They have 12 players.

Dag-nabbit--none of my kids and none of my grand kids play softball! They won't even play catch. Throwing a softball back and forth usually led me to eventually start pitching as I used to---owww--too hard!! Well, enjoy the games--

My sister has been doing a keto diet and had a couple of drinks the other night and woke up in the middle of the night with blurred vision, heart palpitations, and she was really dizzy. She said she tried eating keto friendly food to get something on her stomach but it didnt help so she ended up eating a bag of skittles and some other candy before she felt normal again.
