You might try wetting a towel, wringing it out, and placing it in the microwave before applying it to the area. Be Careful! That towel can get hot quickly. I've had to just sit in front of the microwave, in a swimsuit top, to keep re-warming it.

Returning a necklace I bought a few weeks ago. I never wear it, and I have buyers remorse.

Then, I’m going to bag up some clothes and see who might want them. Supposed to go to a birthday party for a friend this afternoon.

The beauty of doing this in the microwave is that you can wring the towel out while the water is cold from the faucet. You could use really hot water from the faucet or a pan heated on the stove but how will you wring it out?

The other remedy is from my childhood.

My doctor said to use Musterole but most people don't have that on hand. I think some coconut oil or something similar would work. I would not use Vicks or Bengay - nothing that gets hot feeling.

Oil up, put some saran wrap on top of that, and then a heating pad on top of that. Moist heat is what you want.

Yeah, just don't get it too hot. I'd turn it on high until it heats up and then turn it to low for the duration.

Nature's most majestic and misunderstood creatures. Seeing them on TV doesn't do them justice.

    Warning: TMI Ahead

Hubby has an impacted stool that he can't pass.

I know this can be serious as my mother got bowel perforation from this.

I want to tell him that he's full of shit.

I'm just sayin, most of the time divers are scared shitless when they see them, and some luckily come way with one arm or one leg left. Seeing those majestic creatures on tv is edifying enough for me.
