It looks like the Recovery section of HFs will become active again so keep that in mind for yourselves or anyone else you'd like to invite to join the discussion about Recovering From Addiction. I'm working on keeping it passworded and only accessible to those who ask a moderator for entry.

 

We are going to the triplets' softball tournament tomorrow.

The first game is at Noon and the temp is supposed to be 92F tomorrow.

They'll have two games back-to-back starting at Noon and then two more games back-to-back starting at 4 p.m.

The rest of the evening will be determined by how well they do in those games.

So far, I have zero tan this year but that'll change tomorrow!

I hadn't eaten fast food for like 9 days and I had kfc for dinner and now I had tummy ache. until then I hadn't had tummy ache for almost a week as my supplement was working well. Now I know kfc is a trigger food.

Well actually I already knew that but ya know me, I test once and if I like it I eat it, regardless. but I had to know, once I put bad food back in me, what it would do. And it does the same so that tells me my body does not agree with KFC. Just going to have to make my own grilled chicken rolls and my own potato chips from on. Damn I'll miss those nuggets. Oh and that sauce. I might be stupid enough to try going back and getting nuggets only.

Id a review on a kfc store a few weeks ago. really wanted to give it a go. but it was dry and not greasy enough. the local market has breaded kfc style chicken and its not loaded with the spices, perfect color, grease ratio, skin is spot on, breast meaty af.
