I looked at the weather. It's supposed to thunderstorm in the morning. So much for wearing the white print summer dress and sandals.

Now it's down to a black dress, colored scarf, and black ballet flats; some top, black capris and ballet flats; something and dark jeans with ballet flats or booties; or khaki jeans, khaki colored walking sneakers and some top.

I normally don't dress for anywhere but home, ballpark, and grocery store...decisions, yuck.

Just listening to Irish folk music again. :)
    Watching some documentaries.

One is interesting it's about being subjected to certain frequencies and what they do to your brain. One frequency I found interesting and it is the frequency that monks begin their meditation with, the Ohhmmm. Now pitched right to the correct frequency that actually stimulates a part of your brain that's akin to enlightenment and out of body experiences.

What I found interesting was I could directly relate an experience to it, but it was not mediation or the Ohhmmm it was about 5 years ago a car had been parked next door and its muffler vibrated under the car port. I didn't know what the noise was at the time but I remember having an out of body experience as if I was being lifted up. I was very happy and calm and the noise was enlightenment. And I remember asking myself what was going on and for a split second I honestly thought I was about to receive another visitation... Then the car reversed, the frequency diminished and I came back too feeling rather foolish.

I don't feel foolish after watching this documentary though, one candidate was subjected to 5 different frequency which registered massive brain activity from depression to enlightenment. When they tried to portray the enlightenment frequency through the TV, I remembered it was near exactly the sound the mufer was reverbing in the garage.

Now I'm wondering if certain historical instruments can actually have that effect, such as the gong drums that are built around temples that amplify sound and noise bringing on this enlightenment experience our ancients always depicted or described.

If I can find that frequency I might just fill my ears with it and trip balls.

I found that harmonic at the dirt track when the late models run. I love that ringing tone they make.

The old mud flingers! I use to go a fair amount in Australia. Really don't have that in Europe, they like their Speedway bikes but I don't. 4 riders, 4 laps.. Real boring to me.

But yeah I know what you mean about the noise.

I rarely ever watch the Indianapolis 500 but I think I’ll watch it this weekend just to see Danica Patrick’s final race. If she was male she would be no more than a footnote in car racing history.

As for her chances of winning, I’ll go with Richard Petty’s famous assessment of Patrick’s chances of ever finishing first “Only if everybody else stayed home”

Well she won one Indy Race by saving fuel. Everyone else pitted. :p

She lost a lot of respect last year I think it was, AJ Allmendinger broke a vertebrae in a wreck where she collided into him. Was pretty nasty. All the other drivers were concerned because ambulance was on track and he couldn't get out of a car that was on fire and all she had to say was

Errr I'm so sick of being in wrecks its unfair I always get pushed about wahhh wahhh wahhh. She had no concerns about the guy while others in the same crash just said it doesn't matter don't worry about me let's just hope AJ is doing alright.

No woman has ever won Indy so maybe her future lies in yoga

Because to be perfectly honest she couldn't beat toonces the driving cat in a road race

Saw the male doc and his female assistant.

I was prodded on, poked on, nudged on, pushed on, pressed on, pulled on, and lubed on.

Couldn't find anything wrong with me.

    Coolness, no hernia

The triplets won a gazillion awards for 5th Grade and they are ready to be promoted to Middle School.

The awards ceremony and their parade through the halls at Elementary School was nice for them.

I'm starving. It's time for lunch!
