From using the keyboard? Carpal tunnel is no joke; I have a minor case of it from years ago and it still keeps me awake some night...it's awful.

 

Only my right arm, so I think it's from scrolling on the mouse pad.

Can't believe how debilitating this is. Can't even hold my arm in certain possitions

 

Were you just diagnosed? I feel you. I dont have carpal tunnel but i have a bad shoulder and pinched nerve and the repetitive movements i do at my desk kills me. Having a desk job is the worst

 

For me the worst part is sitting all day, it just kills my lower back. I ain't got much of an ass to sit on; it's like I'm sitting directly on my spine. I have Hank Hill syndrome.

 

A few months ago. The doc told me that if I did these certain physical therapy exercises, changed the angle of my wrist, and took anti inflammatories, I'd be fine. And I was. Up until a couple weeks ago. Now, the act of brushing my teeth is a challenge.

I can't even take an imaginary jump shot .

My missus thinks I'm going to need surgery--if not now than at some point.
