I'm sure there's a chemical reaction as to why my come down seemed so bad, but I honestly thought it was.because I'd had so much fun and then it was like ugh the sun is up, I have shit to do now, I'm not happy, I want to be happy again.

So tonight we will start a little earlier I hope and at least get some rest and then I have the whole weekend still so it won't be like a burden. Hopefully.

Like I remember camping in oktober we were rolling every couple of days and we never got a come down really... But maybe it was all mental too? Where we knew we was camping for 2 weeks with nothing else to do but have fun.

 

I don't think there are any hard and fast restrictions on interval of MDMA use but if you are experiencing rougher crashes and dosing alot, that may be why and there is pharmalogical evidence which suggests there is a rebound period for the neurotransmitters from MDMA.

True. I wouldn't say I'm dosing a lot though, like it's just been 2 night in I guess, a week like Saturday/Saturday and out of the gram we bought which was supposed to make 10 pills we made 12, so they were slightly less that usual anyway. I'll see what happens after tonight. I can say it won't be as big as last weekend, like it'll probably just be me and wifey. we will also do 2-3hrs earlier so that was get tired and can sleep, as was pretty much the single factor in all my other times and then last week, last week I didn't sleep. I just went to bed but was dialled in ya know.

So if we do tonight, less, earlier, positive mindframe. My sister is coming tomorrow and we are going out for lunch and I can't wait. If I do get some sort of come down negativity I will harness that into positivity, as knowledge and learning of how to take the mdma for better times.

Ruh Roh, I didn't verify the reliability of the source but I just read an article that apparently certain organizations involved with weather tracking are objecting to 5G because apparently it's using adjacent wave frequencies to what they use. They fear this might cause interference with their frequencies making it more difficult to track hurricanes and stuff.
