What's Happening???

Part of the problem might be that Britain, France and Italy all decided to give their own names to the people and things down there. I don't know what the native language of Somalia is but I doubt it is English, French or Italian.

I had a do-nothing day with stomach issues and several naps.

I'm at this point where, I feel so bleh, so I don't think I've been eating as much and I still feel bleh. And I want to go out for a steak and veges meal I get a free meal in my birthday month at this steakhouse and I gotta use it like, probably today so I'm starving myself for lunch and that's hours away and I'm starving.. But I feel sooo heavy.

 

Go get your meal and at least bring it home in a box.

I'm thinking of a late lunch, or an early one and then just not having another meal all day. then I'm going to shops and I'm getting healthy meals and making myself etc. Well actually I'm not going to the shops lol I ordered online. I don't excessively drink alcohol and some days I don't but I'd say I probably average 2 - 3 a day over the week which I want cut back on as a) it's pointless and b) I'm drinking more cola this way or C) I'm just going to get bottled bourbon and doer cola.

I've been eating too much insoluble fiber, I fear.

I'm hoping I've got some of my homemade kimchi in the refrigerator.

I don't know why I went off it. Just a little everyday heals up the IBS for me.

I suppose I got to feeling so good that I stopped it. I always tend to do that...dumb.
