I got 6 hours of solid sleep last night vs. 3 hours.

I think I was just more tired when I went to bed.

I'm bragging about sleeping but I didn't get to bed until 6:00 a.m.

And, I had thought about starting a sleep journal.

 

It's a start. I think everyone goes through sleep problems now and then, it sucks for sure. Yea, definitely try not to nap, because that could be throwing things off. Glad you got some sleep, tho!
