Good luck with that. The boys put the best shingle on the market on my place. Rubberized and will last me and the next several owners, I'm sure.

Stanford: # 7 in the nation. Big---tough--they'll push everyone around. Oregon shut their vaunted running game completely down in the first half. WE Ducks realized---OREGON IS BACK!! 2 serious mistakes later---we lose! Gave ém the game. Just gave it to them. Anyone remember the Oregon of a few years ago? They went FAST--FAST. They couldn't even do instant re-plays because they were already on the next play------. Well, Chip Kelly left and failed in the NFL and things got bad.
This new coach has done a great job toughening them up and i think we're going to do OK. Undefeated Cal is next. We'll see.

It's kind of an off day.

I had the crock pot on low for a couple of hours when it should have been on high.

I cut the dog's toenail to short and it bled like crazy.

Also, I momentarily clogged up the working side of the kitchen sink.

Maybe I should just be content with not doing anything else today.

I went out for elevenses (will likely never use the term brunch again, who needs it) and to the bookstore, came home and did some deep cleaning, now my house smells really good. I'm going to cook a whole chicken and rice for dinner seasoned with spice mix I picked up from a middle eastern market, along with some pickled vegetables I also bought from said market. Life is okay. World's okayest life.

Ezekiel Eliot really needs to do something today so I can make a comeback in fantasy football because all my other dudes dropped the ball today

I was projected to have way more points and I may have talked a bit too much smack lol. So Ezekiel...if you're listening...get some points so I dont look like such an asshole.

Addison turned 4 years old on Friday 21st.

Which means she reached the minimum age and height requirement to help daddy cut the grass on the zero turn.

    Avery was pissed
The other two girls slept and didn't care.

Skiddish at first but towards the end, Addison was loving the sun and smells.

    That happened once on Avery.

Now I use the electric dremel tool with the mini drum sander and creep up on the quicks.

Emma would never let me do that. She's not that well trained. She was a dog that lived in the backyard with another dog at my son's. They were never trained. The first dog passed away and left her alone.

Piper came over and went in Emma's pen with her. They rough-housed and Emma got a nasty cut on the wire which required stitches.

That's when we brought her inside our home to heal in her cone, etc.

We never put her back out again. She became our dog and she sleeps indoors in a big wire kennel. She goes out to the front porch and yard as she wishes. Other than that she's an indoor dog now.

She's a good girl but she lacks training.

I put her collar and leash on her, stand beside her, step on the leash, pick up her paw and do one nail. The she gets to go outside. I can have her nails done in about two days because she goes outdoors and comes back in frequently.
