What's Happening???

I vape a regular Tobacco flavor mixed with a few drops of Pomegranate flavor.

 

I'm seriously considering quitting smoking in the near future. I'm about to turn 50 and figure the damage is already done but quitting won't hurt any plus save some money. I joined a quit smoking forum to hopefully meet some ex-smokers for support. They also have a chatroom (you need to download Paltalk for that) but I haven't used it yet.

Vaping is very freeing in some senses.

I vape in all the places that I could not smoke in.

It's great during undesirable weather - just stay your ass indoors and vape to your hearts content.

It doesn't make you stink like cigarettes.

It's cheaper than smoking.

I still have a "social cigarette" when I want to; and I do fight the urge to buy cigarettes lots of times.

 

I slept, went to the supermarket and bought a couple of understand some food, a couple of beers. We have a lovely get drizzle.

 

I've been vaping on and off for a while now. But I'm seriously considering going cold turkey. I'm getting sick of being addicted to nicotine.

 

I love how dark and cool it is today. Rain will be nice. Haven't been on a rain walk in ages.

I'm going to use the patch and gum and stuff to ween myself off of the nicotine. I've had success with that method in the past but I wasn't dedicated enough.

Our Dan just knocked on to see if I wanna go into town for a drink ! I said no cos I feel a bit Shitty today ( start of a cold I reckon ) Trouble is I now am feeling bad for not going ?? It wouldn't kill me to have a couple of pints would it ?

Hubby is pretending that he thinks taking the cactus out is a bad idea. He's getting all nasty about it.

I know he just doesn't want to help me.

I didn't ask him to help me.

He feels guilty about not wanting to help me so he builds this huge argument to make himself feel justified about it all.
