I think I'm turning into a morning person.

Last night, I tried to stay out with some acquaintances at the bar. But I got very tired around 10pm and called it early.

This morning I woke up at 7am and went for a run with the dog.

I've always been a night owl so this is weird to me.

 

me too.. ive been getting up at 5am . ive to be at work 7 or 8 . like 3 yrs now.. more so on the weekends I get up and want to do stuff because Im not at work..

 

Exercise is a really good way to start the morning IMO. That's what I do for 20 minutes or something around that. (until the dumb machine registers 400 calories, however long that takes).

I chopped one of the chilies on my home-grown chili plant in the kitchen on a three cheese pizza I bought from the shop round the corner. Hot Hot Hot.

 

I might leave the NASCAR race to watch a bit later.

 

If it wasn't for the 3 turnovers in a row we might have had a chance in this Game. Oh well, other than a few lousy defensive drives, thought we played okay today except for the constant fucken holding penalties after what, 4 20 yard runs?? And the turnovers.
