That was an alright afternoon I got some much needed sleep and also watered my friends weed plants while he's away but I'm not sure which plant I'm meant to take. He said I could take one. Got no idea though. Then I just came home and slept a good bit. It did rain a fair bit too so it was aazy afternoon one of those good lazy afternoons where it feels good to be lazy because it's raining.

 

I call them galoshes and thats final

 

Since I don't know what y'all talking about, I like ginger kisses. bit of soft ginger bread with cream in the middle. Yum

 

I like Ginger Snaps.

 

The sound qualities of different music uploads on YouTube doesn't bother me because let's face it, if you make a play list with two different bands you're going to get a different sound anyway, or, take Metallica for example. Shuffle their entire collection, their old stuff is much lower in volume. So taking this on board it really doesn't matter about YouTube audio once you download it. I don't download much, just songs I listen to that I know will work on my camping bangers play list.

I want to start using this, I'm pretty sure anyone under 40 here will think I'm on drugs.

It rains where I grew up, I've heard the term before but I thought it was reserved more for the front shoe:

I think clogs are wooden. I have a pair from when I was a child all traditional and you look at them now and you just think dude! My feet must have hurt in those! Child abuse I tells ya.

 

Wow. Did you wear them much?

In the 70's we wore clogs with wooden bottoms but the tops were leather.

 

So basically what I gotta do is call in each night before a trial is scheduled to see if I'm supposed to show up at the courthouse. There are 4 trials scheduled this month, all of them criminal and expected to take 2-3 days. If selected to serve on a jury I'll be paid $12.50 per day (my employer will only pay for 8 hours) and, from what I hear, risk getting my car towed because the courthouse can't get on the same page as city hall.

 

No I can never remember wearing them. I remember we had an old antique chest and I was going through it one day and I was like hey what are these? And they were my clogs but I must have been too young to remember. All the four daughters have them though, I've never seen a picture or anything. I'm not even sure if we ever wore them lol.

They were tanned color of wood with some from memory I have light blue flowers painted on them.
I'm not sure if my parents still have them I definitely never brought them back home with me. I'm not sure I'll ever see them again actually. That's kind of sad.

Lol I remember looking at them like damn no way my feet were ever this small. I'm only a size 7 as it is.

 

Watching the rest of the snooker game from last night. Pretty intense match. I have a set of snooker balls for my sized table, I think it's 3 or 4 balls less. It's harder to play because the table is much smaller the balls tend to always get in the way. It's fun though, I might give it a try as practice. Maybe learning some snooker can help my overall game.

I'm of course going for the under dog Matthew Stevens in this match.

 

well that was 'exciting' about five minuets ago as i'm typing this, a very loud explosion, and the window of the unit across the parking lot from mine, the window blew out with enough force to scatter glass fragments all across the parking area and the cars parked there. fire department has now arrived with four units. no appearant injuries known to me yet. not sure if anyone was acutally in the unit at the time, and no idea yet on my part as to the cause. i was on line on another site when it happened. wish i'd been watching out the window before it did, so i don't know if anyone outside of the unit had anything to do with it, nor yet if anyone was inside. i just hear other units ariving, possibly police. time to go take another look outside before i have more to report.

ok, i'm back. apearantly there was someone living in the unit but weren't home at the time. i'm wearing dust mask for the fumes. police are now also on scene and have part of the area yellow taped.

 

Well If you’re into speculation I would surmise it was either;

Your neighbor manufactures Methamphetamine
Your neighbor is a terrorist and was in the process of constructing a pipe bomb
A Gas Explosion (accident)
Or your neighbors son failed his homework assignment in Chemistry

 

Damn the guy I was going for lost his snooker match. He was impressive to watch though on the come back the other guy just got like 3 lucky shots and kept him off the table unable to earn points.
