I passed on racks of dino ribs. I went with a T-Rex T-Bone Steak and a ton of Brontosaurus burgers with over easy dino eggs on top and hash browns on the side instead of fries.

 

It's a good thing you passed on those ribs. I saw a set of those turn over Fred Flinstone's car.

 

I had baked veges and some thin steak strips for dinner. It was boring.

3rd week of diet.
Wife lost another 1kilo this last week. So that's 4 kilos in 2 weeks which is good. I said do not feel too bad it wasn't another 3 kilos it's all ebs and flow

 

Bbq chicken drumsticks and baked sweet potato here.

 

I have a chicken, cheese and carrot wrap for when I get hungry.
