What's the easiest way to eat spinach?

spinach...yum
kale... ew

and that shit don't work w my cats... they were onto that game right away..
I gotta get them liquid meds and shove them down their throat..
oh or the valium pills that the vet insisted my one cat needed after surgery I just had to hold his move open and throw the pill down his throat..

My dog is the same way. You put a pill inside a piece of cheese and mix it into her dog food with several more pieces of cheese, and when she is done the all that's left is the pill, licked clean.

 

i like it in simple raw salad

sometimes i boil it and then dump it in a bowl with a small amount of cheese
