nooo! just get a really cheap cut of steak and cube it and stew it for a lonnnng time. that's the whole point of stew! :biggrin:

my dad makes it with hamburger, and i'm learning to like it quite a bit now.

 

even the cheap shit is too much right now. really, though, i've learned to adore hamburger barley veggie soup.

I don't like having an apple pie where the apples are still white inside.
