I've been on the girl side of this, and I agree with sweetleaf, it was really cute. It was endearing and somewhat flattering and a little arousing. So I really wouldn't worry about it unless she's some mixture of really young, a virgin and extremely christian(particularly the last). You two are dating. Well,

I don't know about crude turds, but the thread, about a boy who hasn't had sex with his gf yet and isn't even comfortable talking with her about it yet, did seem to degenerate pretty quickly into pretty juvenile, Beavis and Butthead style humor. I mean, granted that's the nature of the internet much of the time. With no moderation things drop down to the level of the lowest denominator.
