Because of you, and the current state of emergency you caused, I just picked up my 30 day supply emergency meds. Now I'm all set for the hurricane party!

 

freakin lucky. I wish I had a script, I gotta pay mad money to stuck up for the hurricane.

 

Well I finally had some xanax last night. It was only 4mg, so I wasn't fukt up or anything, but it was certainly better than nothing. haha It had been FAR too long.

 

I got some gador Bars and the Purple football shaped
ones that say upjohn 90. They are lovely!!
I'm a miser/lightweight so I only take a few mgs a day to chill
but I could see taking a bit more to party!

A Xanax prescription is really a double-edged sword. Tolerance builds quickly, and doctors are reluctant to indefinitely up your dosage, so you have to wean yourself off a bit, then take a more comfortable dose for a few days and really plan ahead for big public speaking events and NEVER run out before you get to the doctor because that can mean seizures.

You'll find yourself obsessively counting your pills, counting the days on the calendar, and greedily smile if you can just slip past on 4 pills one day instead of the prescribed 7 because that's money in your chillin' bank. It's also the only way to get an effect from them without having your doctor up the dosage. A good short-acting sleeping pill added into the mix can help too.
