Google up Prigogine, a nobel winning chemist from the 60's who demonstrated a pattern in the laboratory, a very simple pattern but one that is repeated throughout nature and universe, on every level.

It is the new definition of life, one that the scientific community has sadly yet to grasp.

It's a simple notion, and if you take it with a bit of complex maths theory it says a lot of a nature of our own existence. No need for further experimentation.

That was your answer - you said to say there is no soul is unscientific, so that means there must be scientific evidence for the soul.

Now when you say you have the answer and turn away when someone asks - what does that tell us?

OK, patterns do exist in the universe and nature...no question about it. Even our bodies have patterns that exist in high levels of life. This proves nothing, explains nothing , proves nothing about evolution, and at the most this only offers more rhetoric to the lie.

I can create math formulas for things too... This is proves nothing or does not support evolution one bit.

 

I have. I'm partial to 'The Thomas Jefferson Bible' myself. Removes all the farse and gives you a proper insight into the man who was named Jesus.

I liken the common Bible to 'Lord of the Rings' really. Similar epic feel, the plots idolize wise men and people who are 'extra ordinary', and there is a big battle against evil. The bible changes you because our minds are designed to absorb such creative material to an extent that we fantasize that it might be real. Practice what it tells us to practice, live within it any chance we can.

You might say science is full of unprovable theory, but if we're running on credibility I'd say Christianity or Religion in general has an equal spot on the shit list. Just because one thing is unprovable, doesn't mean the opposing side becomes more credible at all.

Why not ? I have, I saw both sides. I was educated at Michigan State University as a good repenting Atheist. I was proud. I know the logic, the "science", the theory.

But ask yourselves this. Have I ever looked at evolution with a critical eye ?

 

Hey man I'm not claiming any baggage here. I'm not partial to anything. I'm a speculating spectator.

What I do know is that Jesus would never give a flying fuck as to what suit you wear, or how neat your hair is done while your in worship. Matter of fact I don't think he would have enjoyed worship at all. Seemed like a proper poet to me, most poets are actually really secluded. He is constantly pictured on his 'death plank' which to me is both terrible and hilarious. They feel obligated to worship him, they don't seem to be there for the right reasons, and they ask too much from him and God. The man preached humility, and everyone is completely arrogant about their faith in him.

Evolutionists come off as snobby to me as well. Until they provide UNDENIABLE EVIDENCE to their claim, I will not put all my trust and faith in their theory. Know what I have faith in? My guitar. I know what I do it for, I know where I can find it, I know what it does for me, and I am thankful...sounds nice too.

You are right. Jesus never ask you to do any of these things. Never judge a philosophy by its abuse. Jesus ask you to believe in him , because he came for you. With love man. The way to our father is by Jesus. He never told you to do anything eles but that and love eachother. Through him truth will come upon thee.
