a very very common northeastern gas station chain. equip with extremely low prices (usually the lowest in town), DELICIOUS sammiches, an excellent coffee/latte machine, munchies of all types, and every non-alcoholic beverage you can imagine.

 

so its like Kwik-Trip/KwikStar... its a great place.. you can get bananas for 39cents a lb and 3 loaves of bread for $2.. 1/2gal of milk in a bag for $1.50

 

I have not read every post on this thread. But, here in California you can find rolling papers at convenience stores, or liquor stores. Also any tobacco store. Sometimes, at supermarkets. I have seen them at gas stations, but only ones with convenience store attached. I like Zig-Zag, but there are lots of brands out there.
If you have never roll a joint before, try using a dollar bill as a rolling machine. It's a good crutch while leaning to roll.

 

Here, england, you just ask for a pack of rizlas. Thats pretty much the only make of rolling paper anyone uses over here, so rolling paper is often just referred to as rizla.
