First of all, among tics, there is far less deviation in anatomy, behavior, needs and abilities among individuals than there are among humans. If everybody is inherently equal in needs and abilities, I'd like to see you throw a 105 mph fast ball, or why don't you be the one to tell the 6'4", 320lb construction worker down the street that he is going to have to start eating the same amount of food as his 105lb horse jockey friend.

People are equal under the law because that is neccesary for freedom. It isn't in the constitution because the framers believed in communism.

Also, what does the takeover of the German society in the 1930s by a group called the National Socialist party, who promised equality and protection from the "evil capitalist jews", have to do with making an argument against freedom of speech? One of the things they did, before they started getting reeeeeally nasty, was take away the people's freedom of speech.

There is no problem with being different in an egalitarian society. In fact, an egalitarian society encourage individuality.

In an egalitarian society, you get education = You are able to create your own opinions on life, existence, society etc. etc.

In a class society, you work 16 hours and day and remain stupid and uneducated for the rest of your life.


In an egalitarian society, you are able to take piano lessons, workout in the gym, and expand your individuality for free, and you can do what kids normally do when they are kids, but in a class society most people use their childhood doing dirty jobs. An example is in India. In India, there are 5 year old policemen. No kidding.


Egalitarian societies encourage individuality, but class society make us all robots to the upper class.

all the greatest artists(since the rise of communism) were communists, kahlo, dali, ernst, virtually the entire surrealist /dada movement, rivera, pollock(so ive heard) and an assload of abstract expressionists, theres a reason artists are usually socialist egalitarians(be theatrical artists, music, or visual), because socialism rewards creativity, whereas capitalism hides it on the corner of 4th st and 6th ave...or 12 st and 8th ave(where there are some of the greatest artists alive)...creativity is rewarded greatly in egalitarianism, cuba for example if u can make it into an artists guild or union ur set 4 life, wheras in capitalism most artists and creative people struggle (and dont give me that talent,merit bullshit, we both know very few artists make it big during their lifetime, its after their gone that they are apreciated...
and if u can set a definition of freedom as free from all initial (unprompted coercion), then why wont u accept our definition of equal oppertunity with a safety net so no one goes hungry?
i havent once argued freedom results in anarchy, then people would murder each other without consequence, and steal, and whatnot b/c i respect ur definition of no initial coersion, so accept our logical and valid definition of equality...no extremities...
