Which is most like LSD, 2c-c, 2c-e, or 2c-i

Well then I will have to settle with the fact that I will not get some of the effects of LSD no matter how much I take. I suppose I will be happy with what I have, which, after all, is better than nothing!

I know they both act on serotonin. Specifically, they both target the 5-HT2A/2C, but LSD is structurally similar to 5-HT and the 2C-xs are structurally similar more to dopamine. That is what I meant.

i pretty much agree with this statement, but haven't u said before how similar 2cb and 2ct7 are to LSD? maybe u said t7 gave an acid like headspace, and i'm almost certain u've described -b as 'lysergic.'

i think 2cb is pretty close to LSD, but at the same time...nowhere near as good

 

there you go ^ ditto for T7. They are both awesome and the most similar to LSD from the 2c's for sure, but still nowhere near . . .

 

so i'm also curious writer, why u might choose to dose 2cb rather than LSD if u have access to both. just like to mix it up? sometimes u might not want to commit to a full on LSD trip?

i guess if i have LSD, that's 90% what i'm gonna take if i trip. only reason i considered -b this weekend is cuz i just dropped L last weekend

 

To mix it up, the commitment, sometimes im just in the mood for a colorful, snazzy, sexy 2cb trip rather than a cosmic reverberating gong of lysergia

variety is the spice of life!

I also save LSD for more special ocassions, while something like 2c-b i'd be more ok dropping on a whim. I can do 2c-b alone in my room with headphones and a bottle of water. Acid . . . ehhh. Would prefer a much more flexible setting.

 

One additional thing I'd like to add. I think if you're looking for a compound like LSD you will be disappointed, whatever you try.

The only drug truly similar to LSD-25 is LSD-25. The only drug truly similar to 2C-E is 2C-E. Accept each chemical for what it is, look for good psychedelics rather than psychedelics that are similar to other psychedelics, no two match up and by trying to find similarities you'll lose sight of their own unique pros and cons.

I disagree, I really enjoyed 2c-e and 2c-i trip. Sure it wasn't like acid but it was just as engaging- just in different ways. Visuals were better than on acid. I've never taken 10 hits of acid though. But for dose to dose- combo had lsd beat.

 

^^visuals aren't everything. do u mean that the combo had LSD beat as far as visuals only? b/c that i could understand, but 2ci + 2ce being as 'completely psychedelic' as a good dose of LSD? i don't think so

It beat acid on Visuals alone. I haven't done acid in many many years but I still remember the "spiritual" connection I had with my surroundings. Sadly 2c-e/i doesn't have that effect on me. But it was exhilarating and intense, so it was still a great trip.

 

Figured I would throw my 2 cents in even if it's old. They aren't like lsd really. I mean you trip, they are psychedelics, but once you take a good amount of psychs, you'll realize they are all slightly different. Phens and in particular, the 2c-x's, are more alike to each other than lsd in my opinion and experience. I honestly couldn't say which is most "lsd-like", but if I had to choose I'd say.... shit, idk haha. 2ce and 2cb combined? or 2ct7 and 2cb combined? I'm not saying take these combinations, but I imagine if you did, they'd feel the most like lucy. Maybe.

 

2c-i but 2c-e is a tad more visual. Contrary to what most people think IMO acid isn't the most visual anyway. To me it's more "electrical" and has a hint of a speedy buzz to it. That's similar to 2c-i.

 

Soo does 2c-e have powerful open eye visuals and can you still walk around and function or is it best to stay on a bed?

 

^^it has powerful visuals, and if you are experienced with psychedelics, you can still walk around and function. also depends on dosage i'm sure

 

Serious doses of 2c-e are definetely a stay at home, in bed experience. 60mg I was being raped by Zeus in my synapses

i still think 50 or 60 mg of 2ce is an ABSURDLY high dose

 

From my experience, 50 wasn't absurd, but for this cat based on that experience I don't see a point to going much higher.

 

I feel the same about 60 . . . I also feel there's no point in going lower
