i have to admit when i saw your first set i thought they would suck ass but with this new set of pics they dont look half bad. kinda messy.

 

The entire back of my head is constantly growing into one -_- It was even worse with the first set. I've already had a few join up and mine are only ..2 weeks ? i think :/

 

They look pretty good so far man.

thnx guys!! im really loving my dreads!! there dreading si nice!! yes np there a lil messy but messy=dread food..lol some of my dreads are a lil to thin but i got a few that are nice and dreaded a few a lil loose on the ends and some that are jus wild with loops n wat not.. i havent done any maintnance besides ripping them..
i cant wait till there 6 months!!

 

UPDATE: alrighty so i woke up this morning and lone behold the HUGE knappy mess on my head.. i sware that like there are 6dreads right next to eachother all going into 1 plus some more that are on the other side of my head!!
the huge congo is in the back of my head so i cant really see it that good to rip it apart as easy as i thought it would be..
any ideas or advice??? they are all joined at the base.. and it sux.. i also got some on the side of my head near my ear but that 1 is a lil easier to get apart but more sensitive..

 

the ripping slows down after a while.... back in the day it was a constant battle... now the sections are pretty good... I rip now maybe once a month if that... and its just two or three that need it...

keep up the good work, you already have some sick dreads, and they'll only get better!

 

i like how they look and all i just dont want to end up with 1 dread with like 6 ends on it all coming fdrom 1 dread.. i dont like big congos at all.. i wanted mine to be like medium sized dreads.. n there are some thinner than a pencil..
my moms friend who has dreads told me she would help me with them but she said my best bet may be to comb them out and then she could do them for me..
i really dont want to loose my locks at all.. but i mean if i do comb them out then i will be putting them right back in.. wats ur guys opinions??

 

comb the whole lot out? I would never do that. I mean, I think there comes a time when we just have to accept what our hair wants to be.

 

does the congo already exist or what? after every wash you should rip your hair, eventually you won't have to as much... I wouldn't comb them out... the crazy wild kinky ness will calm down once they really mature... if you comb out now, you'll just end up back where you started from.

 

yea its pretty dreaded already.. i really do not want to comb them out.. but im gonna see wat my moms friend can do.,.. i hope she can get them all untangled.. i love my dreads!
