Yeah, then the freezer wants to talk about it's feelings. Which always involves cleaning out the old frozen peas.

You could help me!Hi!I hope you are patient enough to read my story.
It is a pretty long story. I have good friend of mine from elementary school, he is the official artist, who made this song. His father was taken away not too long time ago by the police, because he found a dead body where he worked. He contacted the police, and then taken away by them, because they were (wrongly)accusing him with murder. His father was working in some kind of alcohol factory, as a second job, because the family had financial problems. His father is an artist too, but sadly that is not a secured way to have income. Anyway, the father was in prison for like 6-8 months, for something that he did not commit. When you are accused by something, you need a lawyer to defend your cause, which is pretty expensive. In the end, with help of others, they found a lawyer, who helped them, in a useful way, because the first lawyer was a piece of crap(even though she was a relative)
she expected to get paid as soon as possible, but she knew that they are in financial crisis. Anyway this was the moment when I have set up my ultimate goal. First I hoped that, there would be someone, who would buy the pictures of the father, but I failed. Anyway you can take a look at them on my deviantart. http://depasquale.deviantart.com/
Of course I do not expect you to buy or anything sort, just take a look at them, so the story can be visualised in a clearer way. So the music that you saw is made by the son of the wrongly accused father, which is my old friend, who has a great talent in making music. I want to make him, into a famous musician. I am trying to get views for his music by every mean. I am posting his work, everywhere where I can. We could say that I am a human spambot. I choose these famous people in the background, in order to see which is attracting more people. I am spamming these links, massively on facebook, 9gag, trollscience....Of course the feedback is not always that good, but that is something that expected, after 3 hours of spamming. My friends thinks that I am stupid, am crazy, and it is useless. But I will not give up. Please show it to your friends, help me! He has a facebook page which is: http://www.************/pages/Nektaz...644?ref=stream
    give him a like!

    What kind of noise?

    Because they are freaking awesome.

Your intent is kind but my only advice for you is: don't put all your eggs in the art basket. It's hard to even survive making art, digging a family out of a financial crisis is going to be quasi impossible.

    Thanks!
Being yourself is also a good way of seeing who you want to keep close to you. Like Dr. Seuss said -

“Be Who You Are and Say What You Feel Because Those Who Mind Don't Matter and Those Who Matter Don't Mind.”

Hey..thanks for this post, im in need of some advice. sometimes my depression gets so bad, that all i can do is break down and cry, or hide away alone somewhere. im 18 years old and im confident but i also lack confidence to be successful in the real world. i keep thinking i wont be good enough for the world's expectations...part of that has to do with how many times ive been turned down for something i tried my hardest for (ex: job, audition). I used to be an outcast in middle/high school and i was called annoying, ugly, and stupid...also emo, nerd, freak, loner. i also had a lot of family problems where one of my family members was an alcoholic. she also made me feel shitty about myself..and that abuse stuck with me as i got older.

i have the tendency to put myself down because i have this obsessive thought that things are my fault. i was diagnosed with OCD a couple months ago, and depression last year. i was prescribed Prozac first, and then my depression got worse. Now im on Zoloft and i fucking hate this shit.

i guess what im trying to ask is, how can i not put myself down so much? how can i be more positive? i wanna break my old mind patterns that send me into a downwards spiral when something goes wrong.

Aw dude, I feel for you, I really do. I had a very rough upbringing as well and depression is one of my battles for sure.

I will assume that you already understand the importance of sleep, diet, exercise, and relaxation in this battle, but I will leave that alone and answer the specific question you are asking me. You ask how you can stop putting yourself down so much. The good news is, the answer is as simple as the question: Stop putting yourself down so much. The bad news is this takes time and alot of effort.

Here is the deal: Recent studies in neurology point towards the fact that our brain has ''neuroplasticity'', even as we get older. This means that at pretty much any time in your life, you can re-wire your brain to react differently to different situations.

You may be asking how this is relevant for you. At this point, you have ''go-to'' reactions. Your brain is wired so that when something goes wrong or gets difficult, your natural, automatic reaction is to blame and feel sorry for yourself. This is part of your vicious cycle. What I am telling you right now, is that you can train your brain to have a different ''go-to'', natural reaction.

At first, this needs to be done consciously. No matter how un-natural it feels, when something goes wrong, you take all the will that your mind has, and you REFUSE to accept that it is your fault. PERIOD. You sound like a smart dude, so use your brain for a bit. Leave your emotions out of this. Take whatever situation you are facing, and take the blame away from yourself. If you find yourself saying ''I can't handle this, this is too hard'', catch yourself, and replace that with ''bullshit, I CAN handle this - I WILL handle this.'' And just git'r done. Once it's done, you give yourself credit for it. And you TAKE that credit.

At first this will feel un-natural because you are basically going against your instinct, but DO IT. No matter how un-natural it feels - DO IT. You will stumble and backtrack at times. After that you will be tempted to say ''this isnt working, I havent made any progress'' and so on. But then you catch yourself saying that and replace it with ''BULLSHIT. I'm doing plenty of progress, I'm on my way up, this was just a bump in the road'' and move on.

What you will be doing at this point is creating new pathways in your brain. Re-wiring it. The more you re-enforce those pathways, the easier it will become. The more you stop using those other negative pathways, the more they will weaken, and eventually die off. After a while, your natural, go-to reaction will be a healthy, positive one.

Keep your head up buddy, and to hell with that negative chatter in your head. You WILL get better, and you WILL feel better. PERIOD. REFUSE ANY OTHER POSSIBLE OUTCOME.

If you take credit you also take blame. Blame s a type of credit or measure you give. If you indulge in this type of assessment you will give or take blame as a matter of habit and never access real cause.

If the person in difficulty had know the truth then they would not have been in difficulty, therefore it is unwise for such a person to be expected to determine what is worthy and what is not.

The most reliable credit anyone can claim in this situation is I don't know.

Anxiety comes from the misapprehension of what is so.

    The value of life.

The fact that we exist against all odds is worthy of itself. Any comparisons totally miss this point and the metric we would use to ascertain our position on a scale of worthiness is perpetually arbitrary. Perpetual arbitration causes extreme uneasiness because nothing really meets our standards, they, (standards), not being standard.
