My mom taught me to respect everyone and I always thought that seemed like a good idea
There are people who I like for special reasons and I respect some great qualities they have, but overall respect is for everyone.

RT flourishes on dirty laundry and anger. Without those two, you're bound to be a nobody.

I do respect your ability to engage, meaningfully, while keeping a fairly high level of personal privacy from what I've seen.

I always have respected those who put themselves out there as who they regardless of nay-sayers. Those like Matt who have a message to get out and try as hard as they can to spread that message depsite the unkind quality of opposition around here.

I respect those who live outside of societies basic standars and do not show shame or attempt to deny/hide who they are.

I respect Dues Ex, simply because he's the best protoge' I've ever had. Lode because he's genuinely helpful any time he can be. Matt because he's got a message and by god he will try to help inform anybody who's genuinely interested.

BlackGuardXIII because he was a genuine influence in my life for a while here. Mystical_Shroom because she's always fun and playful. Helpful to those who need it, and very direct for those who NEED that.



Tree-Hugger....no respect there.

Missfontella because no matter how hard life gets she keeps moving forward.

Stinkfoot due to his amazing ability to navigate through an argument without becoming part of it.

Madcrappie because of his uber dedication to this site and keeping things running smoothly as possible, BY HIMSELF, in RT for years.

Droopysnoopy for his take life by the balls approach and his constant contemplation on improving his situation.

mamakcita both for being able to have as many friendly acquaintances on the site as anybody I know AND being able to remain friendly with all of them despite the vast differences and personal dislikes among them.

And last but not least, bird migration for his long standing tenure, constant originality, and his ability to make people laugh without ever cracking a joke.

Of course me, as well. I always respect myself in the morning. Except that once. Lode puked on me in my sleep. I told him he didn't want it that rough. He didn't listen.

And mad respect to everybody who has ever finished an argument with me without having to resort to returning to previous statements and rebuts repeatedly.

 

and of course booga for her burping ability and refusal to conform to societies demands of women.
