this is quite sad.. people who feel the need to be "respected" by people who post on boards.. who cares? I mean unless you know them personally.. or at least have conversed with them outside of the public boards, seriously enough to get a taste of who they really are.. I dunno.. the only people I respect here are people who I've talked to privately also (and shared stuff with).. or may know in real life.. there may be a few who I haven't talked to who I like.. but.. I don't know who they are really.. I may have respect for their image, maybe?

Molly, I once planned to create my own subforum over there, which would be password protected and would be a great place for people who WEREN'T freaks to chat over stuff, but I never went through with it because I could already see things changing over there, and I just lost interest after awhile. It's too bad though, it would come in handy now.

 

In all reality some of us have been here long enough that we've come to feel a sense of understanding with others. I've never spoke to lode over the phone or met the guy, but I know others who have talked with him and can vouch for his personality and mannerisms being pretty accurate. This is the case with many I have not met, and I have vouched for others I have met as legitimate personas.

There's not much more you can learn about a dishonest person in person than you can learn from a dishonest person online. Physical features are obvious in person, but anybody can be fake. online or in the "real world" as so much hate for it to be referred. Also you can respect a persons ideas and apparent nature without having to meet and frisk them etc, haha. Not serious, obviously, but you know what I mean.

Hell Penny, I know more about your past relationships than most of my friends. know what I mean?

My point is not everybody here checked for their name. I opened to post and answer the question. To show homage to those who REALLY have had some sort of impact or influence on me since I've been here. And while you may not care if anybody here has does or will respect you, I doubt you can honestly say that there are not people here that you truly respect and those people, if they choose to open this, are obviously people who you've become close with and would probably genuinely appreciate that note of respect.

To see you call people sad kind of makes me sad. I remember when you were going through one of many ordeals with that (I believe) Nick fellow. people would call you sad and pathetic and you'd take major offense, yet you sit here passionately passing judgement on those who have views you do not share.

second, mentioning my personal shit in public is no longer acceptable, what I talk about is what I don't mind talking about, what I don't talk about, no one talks about, k? besides this has nothing to do with this..

Like.... You take this place too seriously. You say people who *care* about what others think are sad. This places you LARGELY among the group. Back when you posted all your dirty laundry about you and Nick's problems people called you sad, and though your words would indicate that you don't care, which would need to be the case to effectively pass judgement, you took offense to peoples opinions of you and got defensive. Why get defensive if you truly don't care what they think anyway?

Obviously you care about it or it wouldn't trouble you so much that it was brought up.

Like.... I totally feel the need to say that you are a sad individual and nobody here should be concerned with your assessment.
