Hmm, it goes 2 ways. If the aim is to get drunk, it's whatever cheapo white I can lay my hands on in large quantities. If, however, the aim is to enjoy the wine, then it's gotta be a sweet one: Muscat, Tokaji Aszu, Gran Barquero or Banyuls (though that's almost impossible to find outside one small little bit of southern france, damnit).
I'm a fan of the reds as well, I love a good Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon. White wines are usually too sweet for me, I'll drink it and go "that's it?" I need something with some bite. (but not too much Merlot is nasty)
