I'm just askin', cause I'd like to study in UK too, you know..

but frankly, I'm afraid about my English.. it's not so perfect to be able to talk with english people perfectly. ...

JanaXGIRL - You don't have to worry about that. Your English doesn't have to be perfect. Mine is FAR from perfect. The most important thing is to be able to communicate with people, or that's what I think anyway. Of course, in uni you have to be able to read the books and understand the lectures, which I have to admit is kinda difficult at least at first (my new best friends are my English - Finnish dictionary and English Thesaurus), but you'll get used to it very fast. I hope. If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask.

...do you find the english sense of humour funny ... my above comment was a joke ,not very funny i admit ... but anyway do you like the humour in this country. is your native country any funnier ?? (not compared to me , just in general).

Ohhh dear... I was gonna aim at your nose. Ahh well, have to think of something else then.
Anyhoo... My sense of humour is very sarcastic and so far, I've met a few Brits who seem to have been a bit offended by me. Whoopsie. But then again, it has happened in Finland as well. I don't MEAN to offend anyone, it's just that my sense of humour is kinda... weird, I guess. I dunno.
I general, British humour is very funny. I love all those British sit-coms.
And I love British people. You are all so much more open and friendlier and more positive than Finnish people. I feel so much more at home here than I did in Finland. I mean... I miss my friends terribly, but I really really really love being here. Hehehe, ok, got all side-tracked... sorryyy.

 

I try and be sarcastic and weird so i can understand how people may react..lots of people are offended by my sense of humour as well.. they don't see its just a shield for my shyness.awww now i am making myself cry.
