Why cant we?

it's called the customs of the culture you live in. different cultures, different customs, at least potentialy.

there are some pretty good reasons for this one though that ought to be more or less obvious. like everything there are special conditions underwhich there are exceptions. and perhapse more where there should be but arn't. or atleast arn't yet universal within it.

that's the other thing about the customs of a culture. they DO evolve.
