why do i twitch?

    i get twitchy sometimes when i smoke. it usually happens when i'm around people or when i have to keep myself from acting ridiculous 'cause of the weed lol.

    i usually just stop for a minute and try to calm down and realize that functioning normally can be pretty simple if you let it be.
