Why do the spiritual people tell me I need to be free from permanence?

I checked out this x-word, seconds ago, and there was a clue, "Smart alec, say?" The answer was "KNOWITALL." My mom had "KNO" filled in. It had just enough spaces for one to add "WLEDGE."

    Seemed apropos.

I tried googling "apropos" to make sure I was spelling it correctly, and "apple" came up immediately in the google search results after typing "ap."

The whole thing made me think of "Jeopardy!" and Alex Trebek.

I could barely get my hands and mind to type "apropos" for "some strange reason;" almost a magnetic force prevented them from doing it. It was actually multiple forces.

We seek because we want and we seek until we find. It is a tenant of our behavior that we continue to choose something until we learn the lesson it has to offer. The theoretical basis then for the idea of reincarnation et. all. Once we find we delight in giving it all away.

Yup. I think these people who emphasize impermanence are just trying to say, enjoy what you have right now and don't worry too much about the future or the past.

Oh, and awareness that death is inevitable. That is definitely part of it.
Every action affects something, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing. There's a good chance I don't understand what you are getting at, but.. how is it possible to live if nothing you do affects anyone else?
Others don't have to suffer for you to live; suffering would exist regardless of whether you took action or not.

What makes you think your reality is any more real than their imaginary fantasy realms?
