Come on, there is a pretty simple fucking answer. The NBC network censors would have never allowed the show to air. The sweet honeys were already wearing the shortest skirts that they could get away with. The Next Gen reboot should have been done on the Playboy Channel really. With much hotter chicks, of course. A fresh assortment of premium trim models distracting Captain Pricard on every episode. That will never happen now, damn it!
IIRC that episode was one of the more steamier ones. I was quite young when that was first screened and couldn't believe what I was watching on terrestrial TV .
That's the cool thing about the Anunnaki. They don't have any answers to anything either. I like that. They're just as clueless as their human clones as to much of the universe etc. It's a complete opposite of what most people think of aliens, I think most people assume aliens must just know all the answers by now so it's interesting to learn that nope, no they don't lol.
i forget the names for them but there are several well known forms of asexual reproduction. the way cells reproduce being one of them. aliens (et's) are just people who look (possibly very) different (a LOT more different then "the grays") because of having evolved on different worlds. (and annanuki still weren't even et's, nor giants, nor advanced) (large numbers of people, who know what a lever is and how to use one, with centuries worth of time on their hands, can build anything that can be built by stacking large rocks) (rocket science takes rocket science, but even dogs and cows can dream of ways a spacecraft might look, and imagination is as old as sapience itself) (and no one has to have seen something to think it up) (none of which rules out the possibility of having been visited and observed, just greatly reduces the likelihood (and virtually eliminates the need) of alien tool boxes having been borrowed) also i used to think i had some idea what most people think, i seem to have stopped doing so several years ago. what i DO know, is that while pretty much anything might exist, whatever does, owes nothing to what people tell each other.
