Why I love Country

I don't care for rap myself running horse. Though I get a kick out of certain tunes, the genre typically speaks to a criminal mindset and that is something I don't like to associate with. What I mean is, the mentality is not something I approve of.

I love soulful country and bluegrass music--and sometimes trashy modern country can be fun, too.

What genre would you consider these songs? Are they country?:

I saw the Carolina Chocolate Drops around here a few years ago. They're fun!

I would probably classify them as bluegrass/americana

 

I was listening to metal almost all morning and afternoon. Actually just Helloween and nothing else..

most these coming from my saved country cause they are the ones I like the most. This one makes me laugh cause my gf would drink that Hurricane. ahaha and Id blast this when she was wasted.. I do like this song tho.
