The poor have not been corrupted by posessions and wealth.

I wonder who is happier, there are some miserable rich people out there.

Belief in God and in evolution are not mutually exclusive, we live on the canvas of God's oil painting and he is constantly making small changes.

Dunno if its about education, or pride, church is full of well educated, proud people all dressed up in thier Sunday best.

I hate when people say this^, tell that to an Ethiopian mother who has to watch as her children swell and die of hunger. I'm damn sure she would rather be rich and miserable than poor

i should thing the question kind of obvious. the less tangible resources you have access to, the more you have little other choice then to hope for mystical ones.

When life is miserable, the material world seems more like an impermanent curse, so you naturally strive for something more eternal to focus life through. I don't think this is altogether healthy when taken to an extreme and that we should strive to improve this life for everyone so that we can get more out of it. I think when we see the world as a completely cursed and damned animal, it demotivates individuals from trying to improve it and subverts them into passivity. Religion has been used for a long time to ingrain this view into people to make the populace more passive, nihilistic, and ultimately more controllable by the elites.

I love God and I would if i am rich or poor. I have been both an always God seems present in m life. God is always good. I don't understand anyone saying they do not know God.

Also I l look at my spirit as my real value not money. God made my spirit and gives it value and keeps it valuable.

Your maps do not support your thesis statement. There are many other obvious factors, though.
