My first tattoo was a tribal dragon flash tattoo. I thought that the dragon would reflect my personality, look really bad ass, and I have never gotten bored with dragons during my 34 years of life. It is a good tattoo done by a biker artist in a small shop, cool guy. I found the tattoo on the internet.

Then I got a portrait of Jerry Garcia because he is a big musical influence in my life, and was a great man and musician. I wanted to add a portrait tattoo to my collection. I looked all over the internet for just the right picture, and my artist did the custom work on my right shoulder. I figure I will love Jerry til' the day I die.

I then got a monkey on my back, because I have a monkey on my back.

My last tattoo is a spider on my right pectoral. I got that one because I thought it would look good on my chest and a spider represents my personality emotionally. The chest is ruled be Cancer and the moon.

Well I got that done about a year ago and still loving it. It's so so special to me and I'm so glad I got it done.

I have another tattoo now too, on my left calf. It's the amnesty international symbol for human rights, a candle with barbed wire around it. I got it because first of all, I think it's a beautiful symbol and I really like what it symbolizes. And also, I'm planning on doing my master's degree on human rights and so the tattoo is quite fitting I'd say.
