I don't get the reference on the shirt, so I'll just assume it was suppose to be a picture of boobies.

    Lurvely and knotty!

I've been to an entirely Big Lebowski themed pub in Berlin. Haven't seen the film though!

You can see the progress in the front hm, but here is the back

And not even that...because I had to wash it.

Ive been leaving it alone. Its funny to see the difference between the neglect ones in the back and the ones in the front.

How dare you feel any impatience or frustration with the slow dreadlocking process!?

If dreadlocking did cause frustration at times, we would have a whole picture thread devoted to inspiration for such times, imagine it!

    Pah, humbug

This might mean something, if she didn't keep doing things well documented to hinder the process, like resisting washing, while complaining.

Having gone through those stages, it's much more exciting than having older locks, each day is like your head is covered in exciting new presents. And it really does move fast enough to see progress daily. I jumped strait in and took the advice of people who had been around the block, and loved every moment of it. It's only people who TRY to cheat and are not very good at it that get frustraited.

Oh my god...this is getting ridiculous. It seems to me like this thread is supposed to be more of a diary of how she feels going through the process...complaints, excitement, mindset...would you guys just please leave the poor girl alone!?
WF, I totally get where you're coming from.
Just because her method is different from yours doesn't mean yours is right for her. Everyone does it different and it's about the process to get there...good and bad. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO HAVE DREADS!!! How many times do I have to say it!?

Sorry, but the comments on this thread erk me sometimes.
    Keep truckin WF, you're beautiful!

    P.S, JimboWizbo, you're awesome! :D

thank you barefootlocks, Im allowed to be confused..

its not that im frustrated... and I do wash my hair.. I don't know where they're even getting this stuff.

I just am confused as to why the back is going slower from the front. Thats all....you know alot of people who come on this thread and judge me for this and tell me that there dreadlocks have concluded in this inner peace/ process shouldn't even have dreadlocks. so quick to judge without even getting the whole picture.

theres an obvious difference between the front and the back and instead of sharing your wisdom and your experiences you just TRY to shit on this entire adventure for me.

    I don't resist washing.
    Complaining wont hinder the process.
And im not complaining, I was asking a question.

It's easy for you to sit on your high horse when you already have mature dreadlocks.
    This is new to me.
How am I trying to cheat?

I still completely disagree that you can cheat dreadlocks in any way other than sewing synthetic dreads in. But this is obviously an impasse that every thread on here eventually reaches. Do what makes you happy!
