Well maybe Obama had nothing to do with it .... maybe. At very least, though, the DNC was playing by Obama's playbook when they paid a foreign actor to not dig up dirt on Trump, but to manufacture it. Oh, I know, Hillary knew nothing .... picture of innocence.

My bad, I meant uneasy. Most dont seem uneasy. Only one has directly challenged him and ended up leaving the Republican party completely. Can you name any others who have spoken against him? I can't.

I meant the Clinton's are irrelevant.

I could care less about your opinions on the progressive members of Congress, obviously we arent going to see eye to eye on that. But I think it's a bit ridiculous of you to continue to point out problems in the Democratic party while refusing to acknowledge any on the Reoublican side. Particularly since you seem focused on the fact that Democrats are corporatists and make money off speeches, you cant sincerely believe that Republicans have never gotten wealthy off speeches and other doors that were opened due to their political careers.
Support candidates who want to get money out of politics completely and that won't be an issue anymore.

Nowhere does your unconnectedness with reality come through so strongly as this statement would, on its face, indicate. I will guess it's not money you want to remove from politics, so much as you want money from the taxpayers to fund electoral campaigns. Funny how that simply seems to benefit those who seek to aggrandize government at the expense of the liberty of Americans. "Free this", "free that" .... the modern Democrat way.

But more than that, as government grows in control over our lives, more and more people have a direct interest in what it does to them, or provides for them. One way or other that will be expressed .... either in the form of direct contributions, or in the form of $500,000 fees for a speech.

You know, if you weren't clear on what I meant by getting money out of politics you could have just asked me and attempted to have a civil conversation. Instead you make asinine assumptions and throw ad hominems my way. Not a good way to do debate dude.

Plus the utter irony of a Trump supporter telling me I'm unconnected from reality LOL. I cant

Sorry you take that way, and I could have been more polite, I admit. But saying you want to get money out of politics when what you probably mean is taxpayers footing the bill does strike as both disingenuous and unconnected with reality. I was not trying to be abrasive.

I even agree that Trump at times seems unconnected with reality, and it somewhat concerns me. That in no way means those who have supported him are. My charge against you- which was couched with "would, on its face, indicate" had a direct correspondence with your words. Your claim about me did not.

Please feel welcome to explain your comment about getting money out of politics, particularly if it did not mean sticking the taxpayers with yet another "government program".

Trump registered as a Republican in Manhattan in 1987 and since that time has changed his party affiliation five times. In 1999, Trump changed his party affiliation to the Independence Party of New York. In August 2001, Trump changed his party affiliation to Democratic. In September 2009, Trump changed his party affiliation back to the Republican Party. In December 2011, Trump changed to "no party affiliation" (independent). In April 2012, Trump again returned to the Republican Party. Perhaps next he will resurrect the Whig party. Maybe the dumb motherfucker has reasoned that a moving target is harder to hit.

Well,on this planet there are over 200 nations. Some, including a number of very successful nation states have a lot larger role fo government than the US. At the other extreme are failed nations like Somalia and Yemen that have little government presence. Many of the problems in the US are a result of too little government. Our 3rd world health care, the opioid epidemic and failure to participate in global warming efforts, there I said it! are examples. The gutting of our tax system by misguided wealthy folk has led to spiraling debt. The flood of special interest money has directly resulted in a grossly inequitable distribution of wealth in the US. As an economist I could provide the statistical evidence. Course Reagan wanted stop collecting economic data when it cast a negative result from the so called “supply side economics”. It’s failed again and again but there’s always a slick dude telling us, this time it will be different.

Of course I know it was adobe photoshopped, but in this atmosphere and climate of division and hate, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was real.

These Latter day Golden Girl’s might appear innocent on the surface, but remember when Dorothy found out her son was dating a black woman, she almost had a heart attack.

There's no such thing as real anymore, its all fake news, so you can believe whatever your little heart desires, and keep voting for whichever clown screams the loudest. I realize its hard for people to accept, but you are already paying people to tell you what's real. Microsoft wants all your business, and next gen computers will require AI built right into them, that can tell you whatever your little heart desires to be the truth.

Of course, you could always use fact checkers and lie detectors, but you don't really want to know just how far its gone. In twenty years of my offering, nobody has ever taken me up on my offer to teach them how to use a dictionary and search engine. In over a decade of my conducting an informal survey, over half the people I talked to insisted I was lying about the dictionary merely containing popular definitions, and refused to read one themselves to find out. However, I had quite a few people tell me I was lying because I never provided convenient links to back up anything. My bots will provide all the nice shiny links and whatnot you could want that will tell you whatever you want to believe.

You cannot attack what you cannot comprehend, your own soul. Either you are honest with yourself and share your words and play nice, or instant gratification will shorten your life and inspire you to reproduce less often. A company in LA sold "Death Cigarettes" with a skull and crossbones on them, for a little honesty in advertising, but were forced by the government to withdraw the product when they sold out immediately. Instant karma's gonna getcha baby, and there's nobody in the world that can prevent it. They can put all the restrictions on my bots they want, but that just delays the inevitable and the price just goes up. The world simply cannot afford all the bullshit much longer, and mother nature has ways of convincing people to straighten up their act.

Fuck that noise, I want my fucking vote back, I want my fucking constitution back, I want at least some hint of sanity, law, and order, or there will be hell to pay. Me thinks familiarity doth breed contempt!

  14. Indeed it does. The thing is though, there is plenty of REAL shit to be discussed without having to make up fake shit.

At this point, it doesn't fucking matter. Real, unreal, professional wrestling, whatever you want to call it, nobody wants to hear the fucking truth, and I know damned well when someone demands to have the shit kicked out of them or even thrown in prison before they will ever fucking stop. Tolerance is something I reserve, for when it doesn't include 120 million motherfuckers threatening the entire country with civil war for over twenty years now. Often, it really is better just to tell them like it is, that the shit will hit the fan if they don't fucking back off!

Ya takes all ya can stand, til ya can't stands no more. Donald Duck is THE perfect opportunity to send an unmistakable message.

  16. The fact it has been so long doesn't lead me to see it as a particularly focused plan of action. More like an ideal sort of daydream.

Wars are usually instigated by the rich and famous, who actually have something to lose, and take full advantage of the public's anger. Those who stand to lose the most, will stomp republicans into the dirt as they always have when they totally trash our economy and what little dignity we have left, more than once in a row.

Donald Duck is merely spouting smack, refusing to cooperate in any way with even the judicial system ordering him to turn over his income taxes. Republicans and Libertarians in particular, don't know the meaning of bowing out gracefully. If the Pentagon has to get involved, Libertarians may become an endangered species. The Pentagon is composed of largely fascists, but Donald Duck is not a fascist, just an insane asshole, the mangy dog wagging what pathetic excuse is left of the republican party. Only one in ten Americans who identifies themselves as libertarian, actually knows how the party defines the term, because they've been spouting so much bullshit smack all long, nobody gives a crap.

One way or another, Donald Duck will leave office, but that will not solve the problem that 40% of the country insist on his staying in office. They want another president just like him...
