The regretful mother of an unvaccinated college student from Texas who died of COVID-19 last month said she should have "forced" her daughter to get the jab, according to FOX 4.

Breanna Gray was set to become a freshman at Navarro College in September but fell ill on July 31 and was hospitalized a week later.

The 19-year-old had no underlying health conditions and had decided not to take a COVID-19 vaccine.

Two weeks after the Texas teen was admitted to the hospital, her condition worsened and soon after, she was told by doctors she had to be put on a ventilator.

Gray's entire household was unvaccinated, which led to all of them contracting the virus at around the same time. However, only the teen ended up in the hospital.

Biden's approval ratings are down, mostly due to the clusterfuck evacuation of Afghanistan, but also because of the resurgence of covid in the Delta variant. But this is unfair, he has encouraged people to get vaccinated but millions refuse to, and those people are getting sick and dying because they made a stupid choice.

Even Trump encouraged the vaccinations at a recent rally and got booed. These people don't trust the vaccine, are afraid of side effects, or doubt its effectiveness. Even the recent approval by the FDA has barely made a dent in their numbers, they don't trust the Democratic government or the CDC. They consider their disinformation to be information and our information to be disinformation.

So what's the solution? Must Biden make the shots mandatory? While many would approve of that, many others would revolt against it. If just one person forced to take the vaccine has a bad reaction, the backlash would be enormous. It appears Joe is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.

Well now the number of Americans testing positive for covid has passed 40 million. That's 1 in 8 Americans, and of course it doesn't count those who caught covid, had no symptoms and didn't get tested.

And WHO says the virus will keep mutating, thus it's here to stay.

Smart people: get the vaccine and live.

Stupid people: refuse the vaccine and die.

After this pandemic ends (?) mankind's average IQ should be raised a couple points. It seems covid is helping us evolve.

 

I have now received my second, September jab of Pfizer-BioNTech's Comirnaty, as of 11 hours ago today. The effects that I'm feeling are quite minimal: Slight soreness in my left arm at the point of injection, only really discernible if I deliberately apply pressure to that point. Slightly elevated blood pressure as of about 7 hours ago, I'm expecting it to pass by tomorrow, like it did the last time, so nothing dramatic. As a new thing, I have this weird, greasy taste in my mouth. It's not very strong either, so I'm not worried. Overall, I have no fever, no feelings of weakness, and no joint or muscle pains, and I remain very functional, so it's all good.

We're now seeing plenty of examples of the un-vaccinated dying, and the vaccinated surviving, so there's no question about this anymore. Go and get the shot and survive. Live or die, your choice. This thing doesn't care about your political affiliations, it only cares about what is, or isn't in your body. It's a stone cold killer that WILL take you, if you give it so much as an inch by choosing poorly. Also, masks and gloves will continue to be necessary, as there is now a new variant called the "Mu variant" making rounds, that might be able to side step the currently available vaccines. So be smart, and protect yourself.

I’m tired of being held hostage by the group of people refusing vaccinations. It’s about freedom all right….the freedom for the rest of society to live without fear of contracting a disease that should have been knocked out months ago. There is no rational reason for refusing to get vaccinated. The social response to polio. Smallpox, typhoid, diphtheria was effective and protected people. It time for a National mandate, period. In our county the zip code vaccination data shows an undeniable correlation between the percentage of people vaccinated and support for right wing political candidates.
