Have Been A "Fairweather" Barefooter For Most Of My Life.
Only In The Last Three Years However Have I Been Going Barefoot In The Winter Months.
Always Thought That Would Be A Totally Imposible Thing To Do........Since The Three Months Of Winter Can Get Quite Cold Here.
But Thanks To Reading Close To 1500 Barefooters Experiences On The Intertubes When I Purchased My First Puuuuter I Found It Was Indeed Posible.
I Can Now Proudly Say I Have Been 100% Barefoot Through The Last Three Winters.
Just Loved The Looks On Peoples Faces When I Was Walking Around The Town During A Heavy Snowstorm We Had About 2months Ago....
On A Final Note,One Of The Most Amazing Offshoots Of This Exercise Has Been All The Arthritus I Had In My Feet..Legs And Hips Has Totally Gone........And After Being Questioned By Two Local Doctors ,One Of Which Introduced Himself To Me In The Street One Day...............They Have Both Decided To Trial At Least One Patient Each Over The Next Few Months That Have Tried Various Arithitus Medications With Little Or No Success.

wow, glen. that's hardcore. i don't barefoot in the snow, or when it gets cold. it doesn't snow here, but it does get cold and rainy. i can't stand going barefoot in the rain though, so i'll be in shoes most of the winter.

WHAT..!!!!!.......Walking Barefoot In The Rain Is One Of The Most Beautiful Connections With Nature You Can Experience.... Almost As Good As Being Naked In The Rain.......Which I Was Delighted To Do About Two Hours Ago During A Mid-Afternoon T-Storm...
But Then I Do Enjoy The Privacy That Comes From Living On A Farm With My Nearest Neighbour Two Miles Away..

i dig barefoot in the rain if i'm naked in the rain, and if it's a warm rain. i don't like soggy pants legs though. and wet feet bother me for some reason. part of why i like to go barefoot, so my feet don't sweat and get all marshy.
