doesn't matter. not every sexual act requires a rigid penis. not every penetration is with a living phallus...
uh, no. you get a dildo rammed in your ass, it's still rape. it doesn't require a man to do it, you know. you get manipulated into something awful by someone in a position of authority, it's still rape. it's still molestation.
and there have also been cases of men being drugged till they don't know what they're doing. a penis can be made rigid through manipulation despite the victim's lack of desire for the person prior to being unwillingly doped. men are vulnerable, too. i know it's hard to believe, but it's true.
Under the law it is not. I don't know why a female teacher, would enjoy such an act. freaky people...
it absolutely is, under the law. our system may be letting these women off, or our society may not be welcoming of these boys coming forward, but it's a violation of a child in either case.
i never understood why people think men cant be raped. There are a variety of sexual acts that don't require an erect penis. And does anyone honestly think a dick can only become erect under the conscious decision of a guy? What if someone starts rubbing your penis and you become hard, is that a tacit indication you've give consent? That's like saying a woman isnt raped if she gets moist in the loins. They are just physiological responses and do not give legal consent
People find it hard to imagine a non-consensual penis, but a penis can be erected involuntary through manipulation.
Honey, rape is not just about forced sexual penetration with a penis. Men can be raped, and women can rape. And for the original question, yes, they should get the same penatly.
Im a sexual predator and my boyfriends older Sorry i would make a valid contribution but im currently unable due to something or other
I doubt you would agree when Big Bubba tries to ass rape you. Yes, I agree that women should get the same treatment as men in underage sex, including same sentence. Peace and love
maybe is a chick ra pes you, what if a dude grabs you off the street and ass ra pes you? would you still be smiling? (sorry about the spaces, damn computer blocks the word R ape)
nah. some hideous excuse for a human being forces their will on you, and you don't want them, suddenly you're gonna feel a whole lotta pain and distress. i'd think for a lotta men, despite their bravado, would feel even worse about it because anyone it hasn't happened to wouldn't believe it was possible. so here you are, hurt and violated, and NO ONE believes you. horrible thing.
Having sex with an underage child, no matter what the sex of either party, should be treated equally. I do not think most 14 or 15 year olds are mature enough to determine their own decisions about sex. They are just too immature, and having 3 kids who are, or were this age, I see the way they think. Actually, like murder, female predators tend to get heavier sentances than male predators in situations as these. Thing is, most male predators rarely get any punishment. Most of the "defense" is making the victim look as slutty and provacative as possible, adding literal insult to injury. I had a teacher repeatedly try to get me to sleep with him in HS, in those days (1970s) there was NOTHING you could do. Girls were seen as "the ones in control" (which is UTTER BULLSHIT) as they were supposed be the only ones to "stop" sexual advances, and even sexual assaults, and he could have gotten quite nasty if I had reported him. I did my best to ignore him, and evetually, he stopped. I was not the only girl, by far, and he was not the only teacher to have things like this happen. As far as I knew, there were NO boys who had female teachers approach them. (I am sure it would have been ALL over the school if it did happen, and in the four years I was there, I did not hear a single report of this, but heard and witnessed DOZENS against young girls.) I am NOT saying this doesn't happen to boys, just that, from what I have seen, it is MUCH more common for a young girl to be made a victim than a young boy. But, in the rare occurence that a boy is the victim, then, yes, the perpertrator should get just what male predator gets, in terms of punishment. There is NO reason for any adult to have sex with an underage child (I am, of course, not including teen romances where one kid is 17 and the other is 18) no reason at all. It IS about control, and the predator has ALL the control. Like I have said in other discussions about rape, being raped or sexually assaulted is far worse than an "accusation." So IMO, whoever said the victim has all the "power" is full of it, and has NO understanding of power-control-dominance- relationships. In a situation we are talking about the predator has ALL the control. That is why they do it. NOW, if we can only start getting ALL predators prosecuted and given appropriate sentences. That is the hard part.
