The scientific way to talk about it is to give the mean and the standard deviation for length. And those numbers are different for each racial group. From that you can figure out precisely what percentage of men fall in any range.

well, i didnt give any lenght definitions because i have no idea of "inches" and all that shit - you native english speakers are a bit strange in that regard. for european and western men, the average cock size ranges from 11 - 18 cm, with 5 % having more than average (up to 21 cm) and about 2 % having exceptionally large penises (+21 cm).

Well in my country, Canada, women do care about cock size. Yes nature doesn't care because 'nature' only cares about pro-creation (kind of).
