    I am sorry hotwater, I dont know what to suggest, I am not good at helping people lose weight.

    Oh dear well you are trying, but if you ate after exercising hwo is that eating it all back, you need to eat! lol

    I'd feel bad for the people who follow Tracy Anderson...but I just can't feel bad for stupid people

    i'm glad Jen isn't doing that stupid diet - at least I hope she's being honest

    Overworked a calf muscle. Fuck. They say it's bad to take painkillers and work out anyway, don't they?

    Im watching fit tv and doing.. right now, thats all it takes.. best workouts ever its commercial then exercise you can sit for long time./. but workout kicks ur' ass.. :p the yoga is probable how I keep my figure.:)

    I want to try yoga, but I think I need to wait till after I get done with school. I have no time.
    And apparently today won't be a total loss. I've been recruited for yard work. Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

    It takes work, but just think of how good you'll look when your weight is normal and the muscles are all toned up.

    Working out when you want to is a good feeling.

    Doing daily PT for work can sometimes suck pretty hard.

    Haha, this is but part of my motivation. I'm mostly doing it for my health. I have a goofy heart and bad knees. I need to get in shape to improve my quality of life. According to my BMI I'm only a few pounds away from being over weight. It would be nice to lose five to ten (depending on how I feel) to get closer to the middle. Then I'd feel like I could relax a little more. I don't look fat by any stretch of the imagination, but I can tell I still have work to do.

    :eek: Is that like boot camp?

    I was reading a blog a while back and some high school student was complaining about phys ed class. He said, "I hate to move!"

    Gee. I could see something like 'I hate to run 20 laps around the gym'. But it was 'I hate to move'.

    What's becoming of us?

    i actually enjoy working out as long as im doing an activity i enjoy. have you ever tried canoeing? its a great way to tone up and :p get a tan. plus, you get to go out and experience nature. what more could you ask for? i saw a seal on my last canoeing trip- it was dope
